As far as I know, episode 4x03 is the same as the episode 3x30, as it can be found in the complete season 3 torrent.
The numbering of the episodes inside the seasons varries sometime - different sites give different numbers and numbers of episodes per season; so I guess you haven't lost anything about our favorite family :)

Yes kratima is correct. There is no episode 3 by my numbering. TLC does not have the episode list correct on their own website and I was trying to follow that and other sources as best I could to make sense of it. Who knows, some of these last few from season 4 may actually be part of season 5.

BTW episode 32 (or whatever it is) will be up tomorrow. I am playing around with different settings on the encoder.

Btw.. does anyone have an idea of how to burn this to be playable in a dvd-player? My dvdplayer doesnt support MP4..

I've trid converting into divx, but that doesnt work either, even though my dvdplayer supports divx..

You can use a program called ConvertXtoDVD which is what I use. It converts almost any format to DVD so you could put a few episodes on each disc.
